The BTR Market Is Growing

Having moved from the leasing space in the Build to Rent sector I saw that my experience would be valuable in finding the right people for this burgeoning sector.

The Build to rent market is the busiest I have ever seen it with developments rising across London and the UK at an astonishing rate. With a busy Q3/4 in store with new mobilisations coming to the market, our clients have really started to put recruitment into fifth gear and get things rolling to ensure they are not left behind. 

With Build to Rent delivering a residential model lead by unmatched customer service, exceptional innovative building standards and creating a community for residents, it is no surprise that we are seeing vast numbers of experienced candidates from a range of other sectors including retail, health, hospitality wantingto be connected to employers in this space. To support both our clients and candidates that do not have the traditional property background but come with all the traits of putting the customer at the heart of the developments we have used use our online attraction platform PRC360 to showcase their talents. The platform has the ability to show our clients a video of the candidate, produce a personality test and even create interview questions for that particular profile.

With client’s expectations always growing, the ability to show diversity and malleability to any situation whilst delivering on all key aspects of customer service really stands candidates apart from the private residential sector.
