Amenities Concierge - Luxury Residential

Our client's residents become exclusive members of the properties Club, with state-of-the-art leisure facilities set on the building's first and second floors. The Club includes a double height 20m swimming pool that overlooks the South Dock, vitality pool, sauna, steam room and large gym area with the best in cardiovascular equipment, cable training and free weights to name but a few advantages. 

Occupying an entire floor is a remarkable Residents' Club Lounge, half of which is given over to a large terrace with its own bar and kitchen, providing residents with some of the finest views in London.

Residents can enjoy a beautifully designed bar, relaxed seating areas, screening room, TV wall/library and boardroom/conference room, all of which offer panoramic views of Canary Wharf, the Thames, the City and beyond.

Our client is looking for an amities concierge to deliver first class service to our client's residents and their guests within the amenities spaces in this ultra-prime Central London property. 

Hours: 40 hours per week

Shift pattern: 5 days out of 7. There are 3 shifts, early (7.30-15:30), middle (11:00-20:00), and late (15:00-23:00), all on a rotation basis.

Salary: £23,000

Location: Central London

Amenities and services include:

  • Residents bar, lounge and terrace          
  • Screening room
  • Meeting room
  • Private dining
  • BBQ area
  • Regular resident events

Duties include:

  • Assisting/demonstrating to them how to use the self service drinks machines
  • Opening and closing venues/amenities
  • Bookings/reservations
  • Hosting and providing service at resident events
  • Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, health and safety
  • Serving residents, guests and visitors drinks
  • Monitor and maintaining the high SQP standards
  • Full use of the clients IT systems
  • Assisting with equipment where required
  • Clearing and cleaning areas where required

Financial responsibilities:

  • Processing payments
  • Stock management and administration
  • Reconciling payments
  • Working closely with your line manager to ensure budgets are met
