Assistant Manager - Birmingham - PBSA

PRC has a really exciting opportunity for someone to join an owner/operator of luxury Student Accommodation for a new scheme in Birmingham.  This is a fantastic Asset, and the operator has exciting plans for the future in Birmingham and the surrounding areas, making this a great to time to join the organisation.  The role of Assistant Manager will suit someone who can demonstrate the following:

  • Leadership - Be able and willing to support the General Manager in motivating and supporting onsite team members.
  • Accountability - Someone who thrives of taking responsibility for their duties and coming up with solutions to any challenge they are presented with.
  • Detail Orientated - Have a strong awareness on all aspects of building management (health and safety, KPI's, Sales, customer experience etc)
  • Be a brand ambassador - Live and breathe the values of the brand and promote best practice in everything you do
  • Commercial Acumen - Be motivated to achieve the financial objectives for the asset
  • Customer Focused - look at way of constantly improving resident experience and be willing to act on feedback.

Candidate experience/background:

Ideally you will come with some practical experience of working within PBSA/BTR/Residential/Hotel or co-working/serviced office asset and you can provide practical examples of the key skills listed above.
