Centre Manager

The main purpose of the role is to run a Centre in line with the Company’s core values, focusing all direction and activity on Clients, Client Retention and Colleagues.
This role is based in the West End reports directly into the Area Director.
You will need to demonstrate, to both your colleagues and your clients, a professional and resilient approach to the complete ownership and management of your centre and all client services, ensuring operational excellence in all areas.

You must have Industry experience for this role.

In addition to high levels of self-motivation, multi-tasking and organisation skills, we are looking for commercially minded and responsible business people who understand how to leverage their centre’s assets and build client relationships to encourage a financially successful and operationally strong business.
Very high levels of client retention are expected as well as good knowledge of Facilities Management and which will be a result of the strong relationship and delivery you will take with your client base.
Your exceptional communication and hospitality skills, as well as your ability to work under pressure whilst balancing the interests of your colleagues, clients and the business will set you apart in the industry.

Key relationships: liaise and develop relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with key sub-contractors and suppliers.

The successful candidate is likely to meet all the following criteria:
Experience in management of a small team
Essential Significant experience in customer service including direct customer contact and query resolution experience
Demonstrate excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills
Demonstrate the ability to remain calm, tolerant and professional in a stressful and demanding environment Ability to deal with disappointed customers
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Numerate / able to produce statistics and business reports for internal and external use
Self-confident with high level of personal impact
Tenacity


Desirable:
Working knowledge of Connect and Operate
Demonstrate good knowledge of the Microsoft Applications
Sales experience
