Property Recruitment Company are working with a Housing organisation to recruit Contact Centre Advisors on a temporary contract.

The Contact Centre Advisor will act as the first point of contact for customers in providing outstanding customer service. You will support customers over the phone and through digital channels including emails and social media.

 

Location: West London (3 working from home & 2 days office – Flexible) 

Hours: 35 hours / 9am to 5pm / Monday to Friday

Pay: £15.18ph    

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support within the Customer Service Team
  • Responding to inbound calls from residents and providing receptionist support
  • Deal with resident enquiries via telephone and emails
  • Handle repairs, anti-social behaviour, housing management, income and generic housing enquiries
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents
  • Liaise with residents and contractors

 

Skills/Experience:

  • Experience of working within Housing
  • Experience of working within Customer Service or Contact Centre
  • Experience of using IT systems such as Word, Excel, Outlook and internal CRM’s
