Contact Centre Advisor

Property Recruitment Company are currently recruiting for a leading Housing Provider based in Kingston seeking a Temporary Customer Service Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join a growing team.

Location: Kingston Upon Thames

Must be happy to work in the office 5 days a week.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Contract: Minimum 3 months Temporary with possibility until March 2022

Pay rate: £12ph  

Key responsibilities

  • Work within a busy Contact Centre
  • Responding to a high volume of inbound calls from residents
  • Deal with resident enquiries via telephone and emails
  • Handle repairs, anti-social behaviour, housing management, income and generic housing enquiries
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents
  • Liaise with residents and contractors
  • Provide administrative support within the Customer Service team


Essential experience

  • Must have a minimum of 1 years’ experience working within Customer Service, Contact Centre or Administration
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Immediately available for interviewing
