Contact Centre Advisor

Property Recruitment Company are currently recruiting for a leading Housing provider based in London seeking a Temporary Customer Service Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join a growing team.

Location: London

Essential Experience: Worked within a Housing Association or Local Authority

Contract: Minimum 3 months Temporary

Pay rate: £13ph - £15ph

Key responsibilities

  • Work within a busy Contact Centre
  • Responding to a high volume of inbound calls from residents
  • Deal with resident enquiries via telephone and emails
  • Handle repairs, anti-social behaviour, housing management, income and generic housing enquiries
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents
  • Liaise with residents and contractors
  • Provide administrative support within the Customer Service team

 

Essential experience

  • Must have a minimum of 6 months experience working within Customer Service, Contact Centre or Administration
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Immediately available for interviewing
