About the role

The CRM will manage the overall experience for everyone connected to the site in line with Apo’s promises and values. They will take full ownership of the P&L, set the tone for the development and ensure that operationally all the services are delivered in line with the agreed business plan, brand guidelines and investor expectation. Just as importantly, they will be there to delight and exceed the expectations of all customers and the wider community.

About you

  • Min 5 years at grade manager level or higher working at a comparable scale and volume
  • Experience mobilising and launching a large project, and being able to demonstrate creative problem solving during the process
  • Experience operating in a commercial environment including budget responsibility
  • Working knowledge of the marketing process and experience in using digital channels
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrable track record of managing diverse teams, including training, recruitment and performance management. 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the lettings landscape
  • Preparing succinct reports, collecting, analysing and summarising data and trends
  • Proficient IT skills, including Office 365

Next Steps

All successful applicants will need to undertake an initial briefing session with PRC and then complete video interview questions.  Interviews are due to take place W/C 20th July.  PRC are working closely with Apo to ensure all interviews are conducted either remotely or within government safety guidelines.
