Right now, we’re on a quest to find an experienced Facilities Manager to join our busy Build To Rent team in our wonderful new property in Leeds.
Every day is different. You’ll be responsible for the maintenance of the sites including overall inspection, repairs and general maintenance of all areas of the building, ensuring the building meets its statutory obligations. You will lead and inspire your team by delegating, supervising and directing the works of the department. You will understand the nature of the business requires a flexible schedule, which includes shifts during evenings, weekends and public holidays.
As the ideal candidate, you’ll probably have:
·A IOSH certificate and/or a NEBOSH certificate
·A L8 certificate
·Some experience in the Build to Rent sector
·A Comprehensive understanding of building maintenance and statutory obligations.
·A full understanding of health and safety regulations.
·Strong leadership qualities
·A bright, clear and calm communication style
·An organised and methodical approach to tasks
·Able to meet tight deadlines
·Good Microsoft Office skills and ideally BMS software
