We are currently recruiting for a capable on-site General Building Manager for a 120-apartment built to rent asset in Liverpool City Centre.
The General Manager provides critical hands-on leadership and is responsible for the overall performance of the property and maintaining standards within established operational and financial objectives.
The primary aspect of this role is to ensure full occupancy of the apartments with good tenants and a professional management of the whole letting operation.
The role will also require the successful candidate to build relationships and communicate clearly with residents and stakeholders, efficient administration, expense control, ensuring the proper physical maintenance of the building and surrounding property and daily management of support staff or external contractors.
