Our client is a highly reputable, boutique managing agent which aims to provide a tailored service to residents while managing the building efficiently and effectively.

This role will be customer facing with client relationships at the forefront of your mind at all times. You will be heading up a team Concierge/Leisure staff and must ensure an immaculate service is delivered at all times.
You will be be tasked with making sure the building is run efficiently, overseeing work being carried out and regularly liaising with contractors.
The role will require regular meetings with clients and key stake holders to review the performance of the property and constantly strive to improve standards.
Minimum of three Years General Management experience, Super Prime Residential (preferred), 5* Hotels
Experience of dealing with a £1m+ service charge budgets
Experience curating high profile events and dealing with HNWI
Experience with mobilisations and new openings.
A strong communicator at all levels who can work well under pressure
In depth H&S knowledge, IOSH/NEBOSH preferred
Ability to adapt well in variety of different situations
Immaculately presented at all times
