The client is a leader in worldwide luxury residences/resorts and is renowned for its bespoke and private offering.

With a tailor made service, designed to serve the elite society, they have become one of the most influential groups across residential services and hotels.

The client puts an emphasis on the highest quality service with its guests and puts no reasonable request beyond the limits of reach.

 

The Role

This role will be customer facing with client relationships at the forefront of your mind at all times. You will be heading up a team of housekeepers, concierge, maintenance and security, making sure that all employees are performing their duties in line with company standards.

The role will report into Directors and you will be fully responsible for all financial aspects of the business. The role will manage 3 department heads and a total team of around 25 including members of a spa and housekeeping team.

 

The Candidate

This role is delivering hospitality to the most exclusive members of high society worldwide and requires the following traits:

  • Well presented at all times to the client in terms of appearance
  • Impeccable communication skills with both written and verbal communication
  • Exceptional customer service skills, satisfying unique and demanding customer requests
  • Should have exceptional presence and be able to stand up to tough clients
  • Be from a 5* luxury background from a world leader in hospitality and leisure.
  • Have good knowledge of rooms, spa facilities and wine.
