HR Manager - PBSA - London

PRC have an excellent opportunity for an HR generalist to join one of the UK's leading providers of Student Accommodation and Co-living assets.  This is an exciting time to join an organisation who have over 12 operational PBSA assets and some exciting plans to expand their portfolio to include co-living rental properties.  The key requirements of the role are:

  • Someone who can demonstrate some exposure to the full range of HR disciplines (Recruitment, retention, all performance management issues, training, managing holiday, attendance sickness etc)
  • Worked in an environment/business where they are used to working independently
  • Good stakeholder management experience
  • Worked in a sector that involves recruiting/on boarding multiple role/skill types
  • Have the right personality to work in a fast moving/ever changing business
  • Have a CIPD or equivalent qualification
  • A professional and commercial approach to HR, with the ability to deliver high employee satisfaction, appropriate development and reward for individuals
