Leasing Manager - Co-Living

PRC is recruiting a Leasing Manager to be a part of the mobilisation project at Enclave: Croydon.

We’re looking for someone with experience, positivity and commitment.

Enclave: Croydon is due to welcome its first residents to Croydon from October 2023. With 817-apartments, this isn’t a role for the faint-hearted, but it is a unique opportunity to be a part of something record-breaking, and help forge the Enclave brand.

Key Responsibilities:

People Management

  • Contribute to a happy, motivated and ambitious team that’s task-driven and results-orientated
  • Alongside other members of the management team, lead to leasing team to achieve and outperform goals

  • Oversee the hiring and training of the leasing team

 Customer Experience

  • Prioritise customer service, ensuring residents have the best possible experience, and become our ambassadors
  • Be part of a comprehensive front of house service, anticipating and exceeding customer expectations
  • Deal with complaints with empathy, and praise with modesty (We’ve got procedures to support both!)
  • Proactively build relationships with residents and promote Enclave: Croydon throughout their tenancy
  • To seek feedback and take steps to address any issues that may impact resdients’ intention to renew. To identify and report any trends


  • Oversee the processing and approval of tenant applications and lease documents
  • Guide the activities and operations of leasing team to ensure revenue goals are achieved
  • Strive to meet the renewals targets in the business plan.
  • Support Customer Service Manager to ensure all move-ins are coordinated to ensure apartment functionality and cleanliness
  • Keep abreast of the rental market, to obtain information on competing lease rates and other trends that affect occupancy/rent
  • Promote and sell additional revenue generating services
  • To have a clear overview of all tenancy expiry dates so that necessary steps can be taken to manage voids
  • Monitor leasing administration and report on leasing activity to stakeholders
  • Focus on customer service, to make our residents our ambassadors
  • Work closely with the Customer Service and Facilities team to ensure all arrivals and departures run smoothly and surpass customer expectations.
  • Touring and leasing to maximise occupancy and revenue
  • Manage resident tenancies, including ASTs, move-in and move-out processes, and anything in between.
  • Build relationships with senior team members, stakeholders, and clients across the business
  • Offer suggestions to improve operational performance
  • Be flexible, and hands on. Get stuck in to manage in the best possible way!


  • Manage the wider estate, including the commercial tenants
  • Work alongside our accountants to ensure payments are received on time
  • Work in conjunction with the estates management team for the smooth running of the estate
  • Establish positive working relationships with the wider estate

Person Specification

We’re looking for a talented, committed and flexible manager to join our team.

The person we’re seeking will ideally be educated to degree level, and will use their leasing and sales experience to offer market-leading experiential living, drive revenue, and provide an unforgettable living experience for our residents
