Lettings Manager - BTR - Manchester

PRC are working in partnership with Amro Living on their first Manchester Build to Rent scheme following the successful launch of their first three London schemes.

Amro Living are focused on delivering an exceptional level of customer service to support their high quality product with great amenities. 

One key position is the ‘Letting Manager’ who is responsible for the operational performance and overall lettings strategy including but not limited to pre let targets, letting of remaining properties ensuring maximum occupancy.

  • To lead the team to meet the business plan lease up goal – time scales & revenue targets
  • In conjunction with the General Manager, ensure the release strategy is well managed and unit release controlled according to internal guidance
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure every arrival (viewing tour and move-in) has an excellent experience
  • Keep all leasing portals fully up to date and in line with release strategy
  • Ensure that all enquiries are handled professional and progressed through an exceptional journey
  • Convert enquiries to leases.
  • Uphold the customer centric focus of the development ensuring that the customer journey continues passed key handover.
  • Go the extra mile to not exceed personal and team goals.                                            
  • Be self-motivated to lease and reach stabilising quickly maximising all potential revenue opportunities.
  • Understand tenancy compliance requirements and be confident in upholding legal and company requirements at all times.
  • Deliver under pressure and be confident in managing own diary to maximise all potential lease opportunities.
  • Be confident and delver with a positive at all times.
  • Proficient IT user office especially with excel and data analysis.
  • Highly organised, able to priorities and diarise effectively.
  • Able to handle complaints in a professional manor.
  • Eye for detail and team player.
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to exceed KPIs and key milestones.


  • Passionate, driven, thorough and dedicated
  • Possess a natural desire to aim to please customers at all times
  • Proven history in sales and leadership/management
  • IT literate with CRM software & excel experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A knowledge of the Build to Rent market and how this differs from residential Lettings.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to think outside of the box to increase business revenue 
  • Lettings and Management experience
