Lettings Negotiator (BTR) - London

Property Recruitment Company are pleased to be working exclusively with a leading Build To Rent Developer launching their brand new apartments in London.

The Lettings Negotiator will be the person that brings all the new residents on board and ensures that their experience of living in the development is just as you promised. As well as having great energy and positivity, you will need to tangibly deliver brilliant customer service to everyone you come into contact with. An active ambassador of the brand, you will be responsible for ensuring that the customer journey is delivered to its best and that our values and service matches our aspiration; from the moment someone joins and all through their time with us. You will have ownership of the full membership/lettings process, making sure that future residents experience the development at its best and that we secure future reservations in line with the agreed business plan and agreed occupancy targets. You will have the responsibility to ensure that all the relevant monies and paperwork are collated and processed in line with our standard operating procedure, with the assistance of a compact, centrally located administrative support team.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to):


- Exemplary customer service and communication to current and prospective residents
- Ensure compliance with and demonstrate a thorough understanding of the brand and its intricacies
- Ensure all customer interactions are within brand standards and delivered with agreed SLAs
- Own the reputation of the development and seek to exceed resident expectations
- Recommend potential products or services to management by analysing customer needs
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate resolutions
- Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts and file documents

- Develop a rapport through open and frequent communication with residents and the local community to understand customer needs
- Promote, support and attend resident events and other activities within the community

- Gain improvements feedback from members and share with the wider team to drive service enhancements

- Encourage resident referrals
- Develop and maintain local knowledge and information resources to share with members, e.g. travel, entertainment and amenities
- Manage the applicants and prospects database to minimise void periods and maximise income
- Host viewings for new applications and manage the viewing schedule
- Record all customer interactions on the CRM system
- Ensure vacant properties are properly maintained
- Monitor, analyse and maintain a comprehensive understanding of current market and competitor conditions
- Weekly reporting to the Customer Relationship Manager
