Expectations from PRC Concierge
- Delivering excellent & exceptional customer service to all residents and being the first point of contact for all people entering the property
- Good problem solving skills/using own initiative
- Looking smart and well presented at all times
- Positive attitude, helpful and friendly
- Maintain regular and effective communication with the Estate Manager/team members
- Experience working in luxury properties or service focused roles is preferred
