Property Recruitment Company are working with a Housing organisation to recruit a Maintenance Contract Administrator on a Permanent contract based in Surrey.


Contract: Permanent

Location: Surrey – Office based

Salary: £21,000 - £28,000 depending on experience

Hours: 8am OR 9am / 5pm OR 6pm


Our client undertakes heating, ventilation and air condition maintenance for London councils and Universities. They provide planned maintenance, responsive repairs and further works for their clients.  


The Maintenance Contract Administrator will support the Contract Manager with the delivery of maintenance contract and provide administrative support. As the Maintenance Contract Administrator, you will ensure that all repair enquiries are responded to and action accordingly.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Scheduling repairs appointments
  • Liaise with the contract manager, contract lead engineers and engineering teams daily
  • Update reports and providing feedback to customers
  • Progress planned maintenance jobs, responsive repair jobs and quoted works
  • Liaise with customer and provide effective communication
  • Administration of all works in progress



  • Experience of working in a housing or repairs or Customer Service environment
  • Experience of using IT systems such as Word, Excel, Outlook and internal CRM’s
  • Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills
  • Experienced within customer service roles
