About the role
The Membership Manager will manage the overall experience for will new residents from bringing them on board to moving them in. As well as having great energy, they will need to tangibly deliver brilliant customer service and ensure that the whole experience is in line with Apo’s promises and values. They will take full ownership of the membership/lettings process, set the tone for the development and ensure that all the services are delivered in line with the agreed business plan, brand guidelines and investor expectation. Just as importantly, they will be there to delight and exceed the expectations of all customers and the wider community.
Previous Lettings and Property Management experience
Exceptional communication and customer focus
Comprehensive knowledge of the lettings landscape and London market (desired)
Experience of working in a residential environment
Experience of negotiating
Excellent interpersonal skills
Preparing succinct reports collecting, analysing and summarising data and trends
NFOPP / ARLA qualified (desirable)
All successful applicants will need to undertake an initial briefing session with PRC and then complete video interview questions. PRC are working closely with Apo to ensure all interviews are conducted either remotely or within government safety guidelines.
