Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will be responsible for the Operations, F&B and Facilities teams within the space, as well as all contractors.


  • Responsible for front of house and customer service teams
  • Manage the teams to ensure performance is in line with KPI's
  • Ensuring customer service expectations are met 
  • Ensure the development of all teams 
  • Ensuring policies and procedures are in place and fit for purpose 
  • Identifying risks and opportunities 
  • Producing reports
  • Promoting the company culture

  • Operations management
  • Food and beverage management
  • Property management 
  • Managerial and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Maintain/develop strong relationships with all stakeholders
