PRC Office Manager

Are you keen to support a high achieving, fast paced, forward thinking team? Due to rapid client and candidate growth, we're looking for an office manager to assist our team within our operations team. You will be responsible for the wide-ranging efficient functioning of the office through administrative, personnel and financial tasks amongst others.

Responsibilities include:
- Provide 1st Line support for Sales and Management teams
- Optimise and create reports via our CRM
- Book transport and accommodation
- Prepare letters, presentations and reports
- Liaise with suppliers and process expenses
- Manage health and safety policies
- Keep HR records up to date
- Assist employees with I.T. related issues
- Support hiring and onboarding processes
- Promote and manage staff development and training
- Ownership of credit control issues
- Oversee and report on Contractor Compliance
- Manage and liaise with all supply chain
- Develop and implement new administrative systems
- Use a range of software, including email, spreadsheets and databases, to ensure the efficient running of the office
- Other duties as requested by leadership team and managers
