Property Recruitment Company are delighted to be working with a Housing organisation to recruit a Property Maintenance Bookings Co-ordinator on a full time permanent basis in South West London
Contract duration: Permanent, Full Time
Pay rate: £22,000
Hours: Min 35 hours per week
Location: South West London
As the Property Maintenance Bookings Co-ordinator you will deliver exceptional customer service and directly support business operations by co-ordinating and organising all quotations and job requests for our client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Booking location specific engineers to minimize travel and increase productivity
- Verifying time spent on quotes/jobs against vehicle trackers
- Ensuring quality control of works including images before & after
- Knowledge of engineers trades and skills
- Sending invoices, including expenses, within 24 hours of completed works
- Carry out random checks on vehicles to ensure cleanliness
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s
- Daily tracking of engineers to ensure status
- Ordering parts and handling returns with efficiency
- Contact property managers where necessary
- Confirming bookings
Skills/Experience:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent IT skills
- Experience working within a property maintenance company
