Property Recruitment Company are delighted to be working with a Housing organisation to recruit a Property Maintenance Bookings Co-ordinator on a full time permanent basis in South West London


Contract duration: Permanent, Full Time

Pay rate: £22,000

Hours: Min 35 hours per week

Location: South West London


As the Property Maintenance Bookings Co-ordinator you will deliver exceptional customer service and directly support business operations by co-ordinating and organising all quotations and job requests for our client.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Booking location specific engineers to minimize travel and increase productivity
  • Verifying time spent on quotes/jobs against vehicle trackers
  • Ensuring quality control of works including images before & after
  • Knowledge of engineers trades and skills
  • Sending invoices, including expenses, within 24 hours of completed works
  • Carry out random checks on vehicles to ensure cleanliness
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s
  • Daily tracking of engineers to ensure status
  • Ordering parts and handling returns with efficiency
  • Contact property managers where necessary
  • Confirming bookings




  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Ability to work under pressure
