Receptionist - White City

PRC are delighted to be working with an established provider of luxury office space to recruit a Receptionist for one of their locations in West London.

The working pattern for this position is Monday to Friday and the role pays £22,800 - £24,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Hours: 8am to 5pm, 8:30am to 5:30pm or 9am to 6pm

Your main responsibility will be reception management, providing an inviting and friendly environment for our members, guests and employees visiting our building. You’ll help make our building a great place to visit and a great place to work. As the most visible person in the building, you’ll help us build a great culture and set our standards for great service.

• Have a positive, can do attitude at all times and be willing to roll your sleeves up! Ultimately, the actions and service provided by the Front of House Reception and the centre team are the catalyst for providing customers with a reason to come to our venues and the reasons to stay with us

Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• Greet clients and visitors, to the highest standards - Make the best possible first impression for members, guests and employees visiting our building from arrival to departure

• Answer the main phone line - In a polite and gracious manner while ensuring messages are passed on to the relevant person

• Recognise key members and guests, greet them by name and build strong relationships with them

• Assist the Community Manager with Managing the Envoy system – Ensuring all tenants in the building are registered on the system and all guests are signed in

• Maintaining a current list of contact numbers for all tenants in the building

• Issuing security passes and ensure all tenants who have left the building are deleted

• Manage the reception communication book – ensuring this is checked each day, including cleaners communication book

• Ensure there is a full hand-over to out of hours security is done each day

• Manage the Reception folders – ensuring all information is up to date and relevant

• Order milk for the building

• Monitor and manage post and deliveries - Distribute Royal Mail post as soon as it arrives and contact relevant companies to collect deliveries. Ensuring all signed for post and deliveries are recorded and signed for when collected.

• Ensure meeting rooms are set up prior to external meetings and are cleared after meetings

• Assist in the delivery of the annual customer survey

• Assist the Community Manager in organising events where required

• Help the Community Manager with viewings from potential Accelerate members

• Develop a strong understanding of each company in the building and understand the key contacts and how you can help them

• Understand and demonstrate the brand and values of the company

• Ensure the front of house is kept immaculate at all times

• Maintain a high standard in personal appearance and demeanour
