Regional Portfolio Property Manager

A multi-site, senior role providing strategic leadership and direction to a team of estate managers, aspiring to achieve market leading status for residential management and lifestyle facilities.

 

Responsibility for a portfolio of large, London-based, highly complex and challenging, mixed-use developments. 

 

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

- Full ownership of service charge budgeting, computation and delivery

- Managing service charge budget, ensuring the full provision of services and facilities is delivered 

- Financial reporting and account management

- Ensuring compliance with S.20 Landlord and Tenant act 1985

- Full handing and ownership of leaseholder relationships

- Recruiting, training and managing on-site teams

- Building and maintaining relationships with residents and lessees

- Managing performance, coaching teams and developing succession 

 

Experience and Qualifications:

- A established track record of successfully leading & managing heads of departments and managers in a large scale operating environment which included responsibility for facilities

- Experience of working in high end customer service environments (luxury hotels, prime-residential, blue chip corporate)

- Relevant professional qualifications (MIRPM, MRICS, MBIFM, desired)

- Degree educated (desired)

- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Landlord and Tenant act 1985 and the RICS code of practice
