Resident Service Manager (BTR) - East London

One of the worlds leading property firms are seeking a Resident Services Manager for their luxury scheme in East London. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to residents, while ensuring that occupancy levels remain high and the building is performing financially.

This role offers a fantastic chance to learn & progress while also earning a significant annual bonus for high performance. You will be working independently and managing a small team onsite.


Key Skills and Areas of Expertise

Property and tenancy management

- Ability to conduct viewings and manage the process to the resident moving

- Ability to deal with complaints and queries

- Keep track of statutory H&S Compliance
