£25,000-£30,000 + 20% bonus
Mon-Fri (some weekend flexibility to attend housing fairs with time back in lieu/extra holiday)

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their experience working in a fast paced business-to-consumer sales environment and the ability to match the right product to the customer needs.
This role is perfectly suited for a hands on professional that enjoys interacting with customers and listening to their needs.
The responsibilities for the job are;
· Working with the Marketing department to generate enquiries through the sales cycle.
· Managing enquiries through all channels and conducting in-person and online viewings.
· Engaging with external agents and University representatives to create opportunities for collaboration.
· Utilising all available resources to achieve objectives.
· Closely monitor and report on company targets to track performance, ensuring company targets are achieved.
· Manage, coach and motivate our team.
· Successfully representing the company at events and fayres to engage with students, parents and Universities.
· Hosting open days to generate enquiries and ensure awareness of our premium quality product.
· Ensure competitor analysis is regularly completed to stay aware of trend and activity in the cities of interest.
· Proactively implement new ideas and opportunities to improve conversion and drive sales.
Desired/preferred skills;
· Great passion and drive for customer service. We do it right or not at all!
· Ability to portray the image and culture of the company both in person, on the phone and online.
· Excellent questioning, qualification and closing skills
· Strong IT skills, including advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel in particular, using pivot tables, graphs building and data auditing)
· Highly organised with great attention to detail
· Team player
· Excellent verbal and written communication, able to convey company image with their presence.
· Experience in handling confidential information
· Ability to work with flexibility, commitment and enthusiasm in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
