The roles are extremely flexible ranging from 1 Day to 3 months + so it really suits people looking for casual work or longer term assignments. Shift patterns vary from Day/Night Shifts to Weekend work.

 Expectations from PRC Concierge

  • Delivering excellent & exceptional customer service to all residents and being the first point of contact for all people entering the property
  • Good problem solving skills/using own initiative
  • Looking smart and well presented at all times
  • Positive attitude, helpful and friendly
  • Maintain regular and effective communication with the Estate Manager/team members
  • Preferably experience working front of house in luxury properties or service focused roles
